At Breakthru, in Medford, PT Meghan worked with me every session, setting a schedule of exercises that changed over time as I improved. She knew who I was, what my problems and needs were, and was genuinely interested in my progress. The support staff in the front office, the aides, and the interns are without exception pleasant and helpful when needed. The facility is clean and has diverse equipment to keep you interested and involved.“

She usually books up months in advance, but believe me she’s worth the wait! Every time I’ve ever ventured with someone else because she was booked I’ve regretted it, and I felt like it was a waste of money. It’s definitely on the higher end of price when it comes to spa’s, so you wanna get your moneys worth when you’re going. I recently got a facial by Sue, which was a recommendation of a current client because Krissy wasn’t avaible for awhile and I was in need! I was charged $150 for basically an exfoliant to be put on my face and a mask. No extractions were done & hardly any facial massage, she left the room multiple times. I was also taken back 15 minutes late because she was running behind with the client before me and the time was not made up so I got a 45 minute session. Bottom line wait for Krissy!“
