About Summit Health - Berkeley Heights
Summit Health is a medical facility that provides exceptional care and compassion to its patients. The team of technicians goes above and beyond to ensure patients feel safe and comfortable during procedures, such as MRIs. The cancer center at Summit Health is praised for its dedicated staff, including oncologists, radiology oncologists, and nurses, who provide a sense of trust and support during difficult times. Additionally, the facility's orthopedic specialists, as well as physical therapist Dan, offer top-notch care and treatment plans that lead to remarkable results. Dr. Jamie Moy has been noted as a game changer, with patients impressed by her professionalism and thoroughness. Many patients feel great about their experiences with various doctors, including those specializing in internal medicine, rheumatology, pulmonary care, and cardiology. However, there have been concerns about the office support staffing and service, which appear to have declined recently. Patients have reported difficulties in booking appointments online and have experienced issues with the new voice bot system for appointment scheduling. Despite these challenges, Summit Health remains focused on patient comfort, trust, and outstanding care, making it a reliable medical provider.
Most of the doctors here are good. Their offices are friendly. I’m a fan of the lab and find them to be quick and efficient. I love that there are various specialties available.
My issues are with scheduling and I LOATHE the call center every time I need an appointment. The operators are friendly enough but, respectfully, they are difficult to understand due to language barriers and I should not be routed to another country just to make an appointment with a doctor.
The fact that Summit uses a foreign call center is the epitome of the business takeover of healthcare. I cant call my doctor without going through a call center? Time to find a new doctor.

I arrived 6:13 and the ladies at the front rushed me back to change for the MRI.
She returned to tell me the technician, O’Neil, left out the back without as much as checking if I arrived or notifying them he was leaving. They were just as shocked as I was because he told them 6:15 cut off just as he told...read full review
When I called to make an appointment for surgery on my finger, the representative asked me if my finger was in my hands or on my feet. Doesn't instill too much confidence in the medical practice.
