“I have an older home (55 yrs). Split level. All electric. Was considering a standard HVAC with ducts or mini splits. I've travelled a lot in the past outside the U.S. for work. Mini Splits are everywhere because of their efficiency. “A local well known fuel company came out to our house and said that they couldn’t fix our furnace due to not being able to find the right parts. I called Cooper’s and spoke to a very nice lady and explained everything. She transferred me to the Service manager who was very helpful. Without him coming to my house, he was able to locate the parts. I did send him pictures and dimensions, which was spot on. The gentleman who installed the parts was done in a timely manner and heat was produced. It did take 12 days to get the parts in, but that’s just the way it was due to the age of my furnace. “My AC just shut off and it was so hot and so humid. Tim checked it out and noticed it was shut off. I thought I must be losing it because I knew I didn't shut it off and I live alone.... He didn't charge me and wouldn't take any money. I later found out my daughter did shut it off because it was cold when it was raining Sunday and I did say shut it off. I thought she just adjusted the temperature so it shut off on it's own. Live and learn. Haha Don't blame the old people. I still can't believe she just shut it off! “Mendez Heating & Cooling we 100% recommend! Our AC hadn't gone out, but it just wasn't blowing as cold. We had exhausted all our efforts with what little knowledge we could find on the topic, but we needed to call a professional before we messed something up! I called Mr. Mendez on 4/13. He was at out house before 8am on 4/14, and our AC was diagnosed & fixed & service paid for before 9am same day. I am very accustomed to my AC so when it's not working properly, I'm not working properly. Mr. Mendez was fast, thorough, & very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in great detail & answered all questions we had. His problem solving skills came in handy many times (considering we live in a camper) and his patience was a blessing. “Matthew Hupert is very good at what he does--and he does many different trades in construction. I hired him to install an electrical vehicle (EV) outlet and breaker from my house service panel to a curb location approximately 60 feet away. He 1) showed up 5 mins early for our first meet; 2) provided an estimate the following morning (a Saturday), which I considered to be very fair; 3) scheduled to do the work on the following Wednesday; 4) showed up 5 mins early--8:25am, with a crew of 2, and started work immediately. They trenched the 60' length in the yard, buried the cable, installed the protected outlet on a 4' metal post embedded 24" into the ground with concrete, installed a new 240V 40-Amp circuit in my electrical panel, refilled the trench, raked the grass adjacent to the trench, tested the outlet, and were packed up and departed by 4pm!! They left everything absolutely clean. Matthew is a genuine man of his word. he cares about what he does and wants to please. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!“
