UPDATE AT END!! WOW!!! What a gem!! We called because our A/C unit was leaking water and being new home owners we just decided to call the company that left a sticker on the unit after installing for the previous owner. When we called and mentioned the city we lived in, not only did they remember the installation more than 5 years ago, they remembered the exact unit and were able to tell us visually what to look for. Moreover, because they couldn't make it out to us (they were working for FREE fixing things at a church) they asked us to text a photo of the unit so they could properly describe to us the very EASY solution to our problem. Our new system is all we wanted, and more. Mike was great to work with! He showed up when he said he would, did the job on time, and cleaned up after himself every step of the way. We couldn’t ask for better!
