If you are considering trying this but are maybe nervous to try something new, this review is for you. I have lifted for years and realized that I wasn’t toning up anymore - no matter how many different routines I tried at the gym as my old ones were not working. I was scared as regular pilates wasn’t exciting to me, but I stumbled upon this place on Instagram. I see why it has a cult following. I am not very flexible and not particularly graceful at 29 with scoliosis and I took a class with Tori (super kind, knowledgeable and helpful beyond measure) and loved it!!! Just do it! Very happy to find a Lagree studio in this area. My favorite location is their Asbury studio but I love their Belmar studio when I want to walk to the beach after, you can walk to the asbury beach from the asbury studio too but it's a bit farther. The instructions are great and the studio is always clean!

Love it. Totally addicted. Excellent mode of exercise to get fit and toned, improving strength and balance while not abusing your joints. It really works like magic…in 45 min 2-3 times a week. ♥️
