I love this place- the instructors are all so knowledgeable, provide clear instructions, and they are caring/kind. Classes also leave me feeling so sore in the best way. I don’t live at the shore full time, but I truly wish I did just so I could attend classes here every day. I book a class every single time I visit Manasquan without fail!
Modern Pilates is an amazing studio with top-notch classes and instructors. I go multiple times a week, and every session feels fresh with new routines and workouts. It never gets boring and always keeps me challenged. Highly recommend!
Absolutely love it here!! The instructors are so welcoming, the studio is so clean, and every class is different. You get stronger but it truly never gets easier every class is a push!
