Install system 2015. During the heat wave the system failed. Bruce their technician came out the same day (Saturday). He spent a good amount of time trying to get the system back up. After exhausting all possibilities, such as bad capacitor, bad circuit board, force restart, etc. , he deduced it was a bad compressor. The following Monday, Robert came out with a new unit and replaced it under warranty. Both gentlemen were a wealth of knowledge, very courteous and sensitive our needs. I would highly recommend John's. They have good techs and they stand behind their product.

John's installed my unit 9 years ago, 2015. It had full warranty, parts and labor. The system failed. Their tech came out the same day (Saturday). John's replaced the compressor under warranty the following Monday. Works great!!! I would highly recommend John's Heating and Air. Techs are knowledgeable and courteous. John's stands by their product.

John’s came in clutch today. Another company tried to force a brand-new system on me for an astronomical price instead of offering a reasonable repair option. John’s took the opposite approach. Their technician responded quickly to my service request, diagnosed the issue, and had my system repaired within a few short hours. It may be older, but as the technician said, it “still has some life left.” Thank you, John’s—you’ve gained a customer for life.
