Second time using G&G to help with a mini split that they did not install. I reached out over the weekend and Dylan was at my door by 8 am Monday. He explained things to me I never knew about the unit and how to use it. Extremely helpful and attentive, we weren’t able to recreate the issue I had experienced over the weekend but Dylan explained that if it happens again to call them and they will be out as soon as possible. Great team members and easy to work with! Really appreciate the time spent explaining and working on the unit itself!
As always, a perfect experience with G&G. Came on very short notice despite a huge rainstorm. Diagnosed, discussed and fixed the problem quickly. We are cool and comfortable with very little downtime. Very Highly Recommended. Awesome.
It’s a lot of sticker shock when replacing your ac & furnace, but with their financing, it was still a better deal than PSEG. Very personable and experienced. I’m glad I went with a smaller business. Very pleased.
