I had a terrible experience with this dry cleaner and would strongly advise others to stay away. I brought a dress in on Monday to be dry cleaned and pressed. The owner assured me he could do it with no problem. I wasn’t in a rush and agreed to pick it up Friday for a event on Saturday.
When I arrived to pick up the dress, it was still extremely wrinkled and looked like it had barely been pressed at all. I calmly explained that I was unhappy with the outcome and asked if he could either fix it or provide a refund. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner immediately became loud and argumentative, insisting he never gives refunds.
Owner of cleaners very disrespectful to customer and talks down to people. Don’t waste your time going to this place there are many other good dry cleaning businesses in the area that treat customers with respect.

Maybe I need to do some research on what makes this place stand out from all other dry cleaners around me. I had my sons 2 piece suit, one dress shirt, a tie, 2 dresses and a small scarf that went with one of dresses cleaned. I want to state that the dresses were nothing fancy, not silk or any other special fabric. I truly believe they are ripping people off. The bill would have been $84.00 but with me pre-paying it came to $67.20 I attempted to question the prices at the time of drop off and the owner insisted on showing me the after discount price acting like I was saving all this money.
