Tom and John were amazing!!! My service engine light had some on, I did not have an appointment, and they took me right in. After the free diagnostic test, Tom came out explained the issue was the thermometer and what was happing with the broken thermometer. Tom and John gave me the prices all broken out, parts labor etc.... that was greatly appreciated. I choose to proceed; Tom came out from time to time to let me know the progress.
I then asked Tom while the car was there could they ddo an oil change and rotate the tires.... No problem done!!!

The staff was excellent. The service was excellent. Everything was great. I got my car back in a timely manner. I am very happy with Mavis in Bayville. I will continue to go there for all my car service needs.

I had 2 tires put on my car yesterday and let me tell you this place is gold I will never go to another shop. John the assistant manger and techs are all really friendly and honest thank you guys so much
