Amazing company amazing people! My roof had to be completely redone and I was going through a lot of personal stuff they sent flowers to my brother in the hospital which was so surprising and showed respect and great character. They did my whole roof insanely fast with emaculate work. Put up new gutters the whole work in 1 day. I highly recommend them. I promise you won't go wrong. Everything was flawless and I could not be happier.

We've used Ted's a few times and they do great work. The other day we woke up to no water.i called Ted's and left a message, he called me back a few minutes later and had a guy at our house at 9am. They quickly fixed the problem and got our water back! Highly recommend Ted's for all your well water needs

We cannot say enough great things about Elvis from Neal Plumbing out of Bayville, NJ! What started out as a plumbing issue turned into a much bigger job than expected, but Elvis handled everything flawlessly and professionally from start to finish. He truly fixed “all the leaks” and never once seemed overwhelmed by the scope of the work.

A direct call to the owner would have been a more respectful and productive way to share your feedback. I'm sure they would have been willing to listen and improve based on your insights.
Being a customer that day it appeared that the overwhelming turnout required them to adapt a process to maintain order and give the artists a manageable workflow.
