Over the past few months I have tried many of the wonderful services, classes, and events that Body Soul Being has to offer and everything has exceeded my expectations. Stephanie has created such a serene space that promotes healing and well being on every level. Even down to the linens and decor. I have been made to feel right at home even as I tried things that were new to me, such as aerial yoga and barefoot massage. I think I have worked with everyone on the team at this point and they all bring their own unique backgrounds and it has been so great getting to know everyone. Maybe the best massage I have ever had!! I have always had a tight neck issue and Stephanie suggested the foot massage - and it did the trick! The pressure was perfect and really addressed my pain points! I’ll be back soon!
