Exterior Power Washing: The team arrived on time, explained their process and asked about for any areas I wanted to focus on. All three guys, Jarrett, Chris and Stephen were friendly, professional and hard working. Dirt, shade side mildew - gone! Stucco surfaces and cement patio areas were challenging due to discoloration and the stucco was old. Crew took great care around flower beds and not to blast the old stucco off. Recommend this company 5 stars all the way.

Dr. Ted Dec has been helpful providing skilled chiropractic care. Bob Branchaud has been great as a physical therapist expediting my recovery from various injuries over the years.
Absolutely the best service! We were so grateful for Kenny’s excellent work and his crew! They fixed our long time damaged pipes underneath a walkway that were completely rotted underground in front of our home with complete knowledge and professionalism! I have recently started at this spa because my favorite massage therapist started at Body Soul Being. You walk in and it's a warm, welcoming place! Maria does the best massage. She listens to your needs and feels the body response to adjust her therapy each time. The massage room is quiet with soft music, privacy and dim lights. I am going to try to get back to taking care of me with a monthly massage and let Maria work her magic. I definitely recommend this spa for massage.
Don did an excellent job with putting stones down in the one corner of my crawl space where water was seeping in and also put a vapor barrier down throughout the entire crawlspace floor. Also installed a dehumidifier and put a new door on the entrance to the crawlspace. He did a perfect job with everything and I couldn’t be happier!! Highly recommend ??

From the first phone call to the final follow-up, he and his team were professional, punctual, and genuinely cared about making sure the job was done right and neat. John was awesome! We called him for an estimate and he fit us in the next day. He got the supplies and came back a few days later. He kept his word, has excellent communication skills and his work is absolutely meticulous! John made a few suggestions about bulbs, fixtures and outlets. We took his advice and could not be happier. John will not disappoint anyone who uses his services. He is the perfect example of good old fashion work ethic and customer service! TLDR: 4.8/5. They take care of your property well, and the material is good. Price is cheaper than most around, for good quality work. Besides very small things here and there, overall great. Would recommend!
First and foremost, what I got done:
I got a 33% tint all around, ceramic w/ a 4% windshield strip. Tintman uses global tint if you are wondering. The product itself is good and has been over the past 2 weeks. Easy to see through and actually a nice bit of privacy on this car but it varies. Llumar is by far the best material but global is totally fine — from experience. Just not as “clear” as it is thicker but that also brings higher durability. It’s a give and take.

My overall experience:
From start to finish, it was pretty cut and dry. Although I had many questions, I felt as if asking was a bit gritty.
I was mostly guided through by getting asked percentage, being recommended a percent and then being told when the car would be ready and the cost to pay when done. If your someone who has questions, or likes to know what’s going on, just ask, even if it seems they won’t want to answer, they will, even if it doesn’t seem like they are happy. Long story short, they are happy to answer, they just are busy. One example was I wanted to go over my 3rd brake light. They answered, pretty much said alright, and it was done just the way I like.
Also, they are honest and accurate on how long it’ll take which is nice. They were spot on.
Once done, they called and I came, paid, they took some pictures, and I left, like I said cut and dry. Nice people making a living doing great work. Also giving you guidelines on after care and had a nice convo before leaving.
Customer Service was a 5/5. Nothing bad and was right to the point.
The actual tint job:
Tinting is difficult, I did it years ago and it’s, I would say, impossible to have not a single bubble anywhere or piece of lint get behind something and not notice. I did a very thorough check of every window, at every spot.
A side note, right after tinting there are bubbles and water everywhere but it goes away after drying out in the sun. The sun strip was notorious for this but it’s perfect after a few days.
But going back, I found very minor bubbles in 2 edges which I just pushed out myself after about a week and a half. I also found a small piece of dirt in the top corner of my front small glass in the front corner of the car. Literally impossible to ever see unless you search for it. But even though I saw them, I was really REALLY searching.
I also checked my interior, and as I said before, they care for your property. Not a scratch or stain anywhere I could find. I really care about my car and if you do too, I would say you have not a worry about here. They nicely even took off my radar and gave my guidelines on reapplying it to the windshield after bake.
The ONLY thing that stuck out to me was that my keys were laying on top of the car when I got there. But they gently took them off to move the car. And that’s stretching just to get the point across that they treat your stuff as their own. Just a great practice.
Again though, the tint job itself was great and all edges were nicely cut and tucked. Overall a 4.7/5.

I had a problem with my AC not working. I decided to call a local business and Kettles was the closest to me. They came the same day and were able to repair my older model AC unit with little cost to me. I'm happy they didn't suggest a whole new system, which was amazing. I will definitely call them again when I need something. I love to support local businesses and this one is top notch and didn't take advantage of me. Thank you!

This was the 1st time taking our polydactyl cat to have her nails trimmed by a groomer. We normally have it done at the vet, but it required us giving medication the night before and 1/2 hour prior to the appointment, as she does not like having her paws touched. She does not do good with the medication and all the noise at the vets office, they never get all her nails. Her nails grow faster than my other cats, and this process always traumatized her when she got home. She would run and hide for the rest of the day. I decided to try Grateful dog Pet Salon, THANK YOU!!!!! It took 5 minutes, she came home and didn't hide! She is fine and gulping down tuna as a reward! Thank you, Thank you, and Thank you!!!

Given your extensive history of posting negative reviews for other businesses, it's difficult to gauge the validity of this complaint. A direct call to the owner would have been a more respectful and productive way to share your feedback. I'm sure they would have been willing to listen and improve based on your insights.
Being a customer that day it appeared that the overwhelming turnout required them to adapt a process to maintain order and give the artists a manageable workflow.
The list was not created mid-day this is false!! The list was intended to be a fairer solution. I am not sure why the rest of us understood the directions but you did not...
The team appeared to be operating under immense pressure, and while their focus was on managing a very challenging situation, it is unfortunate you perceived it as dismissive.

I have been using them to winterize my trailer every winter for the last five years. They are extremely friendly, extremely reliable and extremely reasonable with pricing. Having them service our trailer is a true blessing.
Tom and John were amazing!!! My service engine light had some on, I did not have an appointment, and they took me right in. After the free diagnostic test, Tom came out explained the issue was the thermometer and what was happing with the broken thermometer. Tom and John gave me the prices all broken out, parts labor etc.... that was greatly appreciated. I choose to proceed; Tom came out from time to time to let me know the progress. I then asked Tom while the car was there could they ddo an oil change and rotate the tires.... No problem done!!! This is all very important because in May I had contacted the corporate office because I believed the service manager at that time was up charging customers. I swore I would never step foot in there again. Cody the regional manager went down there and observed and did what needed to be done. Last week my sister was here from out of town, unbeknown to me she stopped at Mavis, she had an issue on her ride down with car. When she came, she proceeded to tell me how wonderful Mark was and what he had done for her. Brought her car in, noticed who had done her oil change didn't put a plate back on correctly, fixed the plate and didn't charge her. I had to call to thank him. Amazing customer service!!!!! After all this I have to say, Mavis is what Mavis used to be if not better!!!! I highly recommend Mavis in Bayville. Phenomenal customer service, excellent mechanics and I really believe a place that can be trusted. Cody when you brought John, Tom and Mark in you hit the jackpot. They truly are and asset to your establishment and I will return and recommend them over and over again. Thank you!!!!
