Loved my experience! This was my first time getting bangs, and she did an amazing job—so skilled, kind, and attentive. I really appreciated the complimentary blow-dry. Will definitely be coming back!
Im new to the area, so I had no idea where to go for my hair. There are about 3 salons on this one block but I was drawn to Viola’s. I visited today for a simple blow dry. With my thick, long African American hair (possibly 4C, not entirely sure), I was warmly welcomed by Viola at the front desk Both she and Carmen worked on my hair simultaneously, demonstrating professionalism and efficiency. They were incredibly kind, conversing in their native language (Spanish), and Viola took the time to check with me to ensure I was comfortable with it.
I felt genuinely welcomed and was very satisfied with the service I received.

I went in as a walk in and she did an amazing job recoloring and treating my damaged & faded hair . I left feeling brand new , the environment was relaxing , everybody in there was friendly . Which is hard to find in a salon 5 stars i definitely recommend
