I have dark hair and I requested a color change to highlights and finally I got what I asked for, the color came out incredible. My hair is soft and healthy after the process..The staff is very friendly and respectful, the place is very comfortable, beautiful, relaxing and Josué, the stylist who served me, is incredible. Worst hair salon to go to they lie about the prices and they tell you not tell other people about your experience with them. The guy over there doesn’t know what he is doing. I showed him a completely different hair color and he did my hair a very dark brown and that’s not even what I wanted. He was holding my bag when I told him I will pay more for him to fix it and ended up cursing at me the whole time and arguing with me. I have never even have done anything bad or cursed him out. This shows you how bad the management is over there. This makes me upset and I have been doing my hair outside, I have never experienced this before in my life. I never want to come back to this store ever again, they are so unprofessional. They don’t respect their customers.

I called in to get my daughter a wash and set for the first time.. they told me it would be a starting price of 40$ then go up depending on length.. my daughter is 7. Her hair is not that long. They set me up with Gladys who was a nice lady, they were so surprised at how easy it was to blow dry my daughters hair because of the texture they said other people with this texture usually take an hour buy my daughters blow dry was done under 15 mins. They kept tryna push me to cut her ends and buy leave in conditioners but I didn’t want any.. cool the price at the end was 80$ I asked why because my daughters hair isn’t long they straight up told me it’s because of the type of hair she has. I found that to be racist but I wasn’t going to argue.. they then told me they’d wrap it for her in a doobi another 5$ per Bobby pin I said no I’ll do it myself but when I went to get my wallet and come back they did it anyways I told them to take it out. I was still charged 85$ I asked why they said there is an extra charge for paying with your card.. I told the receptionist that that is something you should mention before taking my card. I feel like they snuck in the extra 5$ for the doobi.. the receptionist caught an attitude with me and I wasn’t feeling her energy nor the fact that they charged my baby extra because of her hair texture. Caribbean and black hair comes in many different textures. I don’t believe prices should vary based on that. It just seemed racist and shady to me the way she said it and the attitude she gave me. I’ll never go back there and I’ll be sure to make a tik tok video on this as well. My daughters hair was left oily and looked like a terrible job she can’t tell because she’s 7, but I can and I’m not happy.
