I had a leak coming from my shower and called the office, and they were able to accommodate my schedule and send someone over to my house the same day! I couldn’t be more happy with the communication I received. I was updated via phone and they even called me to let me know the people were on their way so I couldn’t expect them. They were in and out of my house in less than an hour and I was so impressed at their work. I will definitely recommend them to other people and will be contacting them for any needs. Thank you!!
The drain to my tub was completely blocked, called JP's and they came out same day to discover that the pipes had frozen. They took care of the issue promptly and overall it was a positive experience. Hopefully I don't have any plumbing issues in the future but if I do, I would use them again. Thanks guys!
I called J.P.'s Plumbing & Heating Company and spoke to the office manager and she was so friendly and responsive. I emailed her photos of the problem and she called me right back. Within 2 hours 2 technicians arrived, looked at the problem, advised me they would need to get the part from the supplier and would return. The Office manager called me and said they were sent on an emergency and would be returning later than expected. They returned and replaced the part. Their communication and keeping me up to date showed a level of customer care you don't find from many establishments. I would recommend them above all others.
