Second time showing up to sign up for a membership and no one at the front desk. No one answers the phone left on the front entrance as well. Its like a barrier to signing up.

I've been a Forum Fitness member for quite some time now, and I truly do love it there. However, there are some changes that need to be made within the facility. For a $50 monthly membership, I shouldn't have to constantly ask "why is it so cold in here" during the winter season. I shouldn't go into the women's locker room and it's always smelling like someone just got finished using the bathroom. Machines are often broken and it takes maintenance a while to do any type of repairs. Members are being asked for d**n near their social security number as collateral in order to use small gym accessories, which I believe all members should have access to without having to go through all of that. It's not fair and something needs to be done.

Milly was great ! She went above and beyond. She made a amazing shake and every single time I walk into forum she greets me and makes me feel very welcome

If you’re looking for a death row contract, you’ve found your place. For the same price, join LA. You WILL be charged $100 once a year for “enhancement” fees + $10 if you ever pay late … they make it sound like they’re as easy as a commercial gym but they are inflexible with subpar customer service. I have waited days and weeks for call backs from the membership advisor who signed me up. This is my only negative review in google history and if I could would leave one every day.
