We had an exceptional experience with Charles West Funeral Home during one of the most difficult times in our lives with the sudden passing of my dad. Charles was truly amazing—kind, empathetic, and patient. He took the time to really listen to our concerns, offered thoughtful solutions, and made what could have been a dreadful process feel manageable and even comforting.
His staff was just as incredible. His daughter, Crys, was extremely helpful both before and during the funeral, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we felt supported every step of the way. Latrice was also amazing—professional, compassionate, and attentive to every detail.

When the time comes and you are faced with all the duties of a funeral home, you realize very quickly that Mr. West does this by calling. That simply means he is fulfilling God’s purpose in his life. In doing so, him and his staff helped my brothers and our family through the extremely difficult loss of my mom. I know we are all so thankful for the empathy and love everyone showed. The staff is amazing. Real genuine human beings still exist and treat you as such. I am glad my brothers chose you.
