Every time I've gone, I always left pleased and satisfied with the work. They are fully staffed which makes the availability for walk ins even greater. The workers have always been very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The owner did my nails a few days ago, and I was paying attention to her techniques and comfort. She knows what she's doing! She does her work with such ease, and even suggested better options for me. She overheard my convo where I was being rushed to hurry as I had a dinner that night. For starters, my feet came out great! However my nails were atrociously done. The girl who was doing them was complaining about back pain which I nicely tried to accommodate as much as possible by leaning in so she wouldn’t have to bend over etc. but she slapped my hand a few times and got annoyed when I couldn’t have my fingers straight( my genetics, two of my fingers are bent a certain way on each hand something I cannot help.)Then she asked me to pay which was fine, but she saw there were people waiting so she started rushing my nails. I got a French Gel Manicure with Carolina. It was my first time here, I went in around 12:30pm on a weekday so it was very quiet and calming. Carolina is patient, skilled and pays close attention to detail. Very clean and smooth work. So happy I got her for my first time here.
