I reached out to Michele for a private yoga class for my friend's bachelorette/birthday party on Valentine's Day. She was amazing to work with and to it was easy to get the class booked! The class was absolutely incredible. It included essential oils, stretching, relaxing music, a poem, and meditation. We even got chocolates at the end! The bride raved about the incredible experience and it set the tone for a great day for the bachelorette group. I can't say enough good things!!
I had a deep tissue massage. I showed up and the room was well prepared. The bed was warm and there was pleasant music playing. The massage therapist was skilled and work hard to get my many knots out. She was very accommodating and adjusted her approach any time I gave feedback. It was a great experience and I left feeling very relaxed!
Michelle at Sunstone Massage and Wellness was so kind and helpful to guide us through a beautiful family yoga and meditation for my sister's 60th Birthday!! We were all at different ability levels and she made us all feel very comfortable!! We loved being on the beach even though the tide was moving in on us! LOL It just made the event more memorable!!
