This Atlantic City office has disgusting human beings running their front desk.and worse- the business as a whole shields and protects their horrible staff when upset patients are trying to make complaints. No name badges worn on employees and when calling to make complaints they refuse to make it right or give names of the people you encountered but simply transfer you to an answer machine to leave your complaint on a miscellaneous voicemail box. It’s 2026 you would think the standard of care would have evolved just a little bit but this place is absolute garbage. You could drop dead in that waiting room and the front desk staff wouldn’t bat an eye at you.
This was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. After months of treatment, I realized they had been using another patient’s panoramic X-ray for my dental work. Because of this, necessary dental problems were ignored while other teeth were unnecessarily treated. Completely unacceptable and deeply concerning!
Worst doctors office ever . Tell u a time for an appointment just to have u waiting 1 hr or more in the waiting room . Other people come in and get called in before you .HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTORS OFFICE
