The changing room and relaxation lounge was comfortable. Lockers were provided. As were robes and slippers. I booked an 80 minute massage. My therapist was Jocelyn. She was amazing and was able to adjust from therapeutic to deep tissue depending on the area of concern. Everything was professional and explained properly.
