“The staff were very polite, and it’s a clean, calming environment. If you are looking for a regular Swedish massage that’s down to the basics, with no personal style from the therapist, WHICH IS FINE, you’re good to go. Just not for me. I am one myself, so it’s hard to get massaged, knowing all of the moves beforehand rather than experiencing something new at any point. Personal preference.“

Their booking process was intuitive, and the communication was prompt and informative. I was able to do a trial a few months before the wedding day, and when I brought up a few adjustments I wanted to make with makeup, Lauren was so compassionate, understanding, and worked to understand the look I was going for. She was able to make me feel confident and beautiful on my wedding day. Her team was so nice, responsive, and professional, and my bridesmaids loved working with them the day of.
