Jamaica gave me an awesome massage 2.5 days before my race. She really worked out the knots and loosened my muscles. She listened to feedback - lighter, not so hard, deeper please.

Girls trip, to celebrate friends birthday. The massage, salt cabana and spa were great. Very nice staff. Everything was pleasant, clean and welcoming. Special thank you to the girls that did our massages. We will be back.
