We have had good experiences with Hogg. They certainly know what they're doing! They turn on our water every year, and check for leaks. Also they turn off the water and drain the pipes for winter. The family has worked with them for years.

My hot water heater went on Christmas Eve. I called Hogg and they sent a tech. The tech said the office is charging $1600 for the job. I agreed to the job but I called the office to ask for a breakdown of the price (which was extremely high.) The manager refused to give me a breakdown or tell me the cost of the hot water heater. On top of that the tech left (presumably to get parts) and never came back! I was without hot water for 3 days. I will NEVER use or recommend them. I replaced it myself for $500.
