Started off great with a wonderful consultation with Carter, who listened to me and then offered some great suggestions with confidence and enthusiasm. When I returned for my actual appointment, I confessed I was nervous and Carter put me to ease immediately. And she knocked it out of the park. I left the salon a few hours ago and have already received a number of compliments! To top it off, Liz was just wonderful and made the environment feel so warm and welcoming.
