“I have yet to use their services but I experienced a terrible flood during a bad storm in an apartment I am temporarily renting, the landlord insisted that the rugs had been properly cleaned and dried in less than 16 hours since the storm and I just didn't feel comfortable with what he was telling me. I called ServPro and was transferred to Todd Peters. My purpose for calling was simply to ask questions about my situation and find out what could/should be done. Todd answered all of my questions, explained some of the services that they could offer to help and even offered to have a project manager come out to do a moisture test, that way the landlord would know whether it's suitable for me to live there or not and what could be done to rectify the problem.
