i would not use this company. lack of care for customer and they hire the worst companies to help with business needs. They don't answer calls and do not respond to emails. The workers they send are working for their business short period of time and are not knowledgeable.
We believed we had mold in our living room ceiling. We called our insurance NJM and they called this company to come out and access if it was mold. Without doing any testing or anything they told NJM it was dirt or soot. NJM then wouldn’t do anything further despite us arguing it was mold. One year later I noticed it’s worse than it was. Called another two companies out outside of insurance and they both said that is 100% mold and it needs to be removed immediately. My family has been breathing in mold for over a year because of the negligence of this company. Avoid them at all costs.
Recently had them come do services through an insurance claim on my house. The don't return phone calls they don't return emails as soon as they are paid. They did not do half the services they charged my insurance company for and sent 1 person on the day of repair and covered all the mold they were suppose to repair. They were suppose to paint as well the painter covered a few items but my toilet fixtures sinks are covered in paint now and the edging done was clearly free handed. The water damaged ceiling was painted over not replaced. This company is a scam can't believe my insurance company does business with them.
