“I have yet to use their services but I experienced a terrible flood during a bad storm in an apartment I am temporarily renting, the landlord insisted that the rugs had been properly cleaned and dried in less than 16 hours since the storm and I just didn't feel comfortable with what he was telling me. I called ServPro and was transferred to Todd Peters. My purpose for calling was simply to ask questions about my situation and find out what could/should be done. Todd answered all of my questions, explained some of the services that they could offer to help and even offered to have a project manager come out to do a moisture test, that way the landlord would know whether it's suitable for me to live there or not and what could be done to rectify the problem. I really appreciated his patience with me and the time spent just to answer questions and help me make an informed decision on what to do. He even contacted me later to make sure that if I needed someone to come out, he could put on the request. Without even using their services, I already have confidence that they would have gotten the job done and most importantly, that they care about what they do and the people they service. 5 stars for me already.
