She gave me a tip to keep my head up and elbows in during my chaturangas that made a huge difference in my strength in that pose (honestly can’t believe I’ve been doing them with my head down for a decade). What I appreciate about her treatments is her ability to focus on any problem area at the time of the appointment. She'll address any muscle issues that I have and treat me accordingly. She will also adjust the music at my request to whatever I would like.
