Ryan came to our house within a few minutes of our call (despite having never worked with us before), identified the problem, and purchased/installed the replacement part we needed that afternoon. We had been concerned about a safety issue so having him come in person and take a look at everything that day was extremely appreciated. He was professional, easy to work with, friendly, and prompt. We live in an older home and had to run quite a bit of new lines and wiring and Anthony did a phenomenal job getting us where we needed to be. His friendly professional service was a breath of fresh air for us 1st time home buyers. We felt at ease the entire time. Not only was the work done fast and efficiently it was very reasonably priced. Not only did Anthony update the electric and add outlets in the kitchen he even took the time to check out a faulty light in the garage. We were able to get an electrician out the next day on several occasions. Ippolito Electrical certainly goes above and beyond and I would gladly recommend them to anyone and everyone! This gentleman saved us $$ by telling us to have PSE&G check out our connections before he had to charge us to come out. It was a PSE&G issue and they covered the cost of the repair.<br><br>Technically we didn't use their service, but the honesty and helpfulness will 100% bring us back when we have an electrical issue/project.
