“Chris and assistant arrived in reasonable time after phone message that they were on their way. He explained what would be done, got to work, and when they completed the job invited me to check out their work and answered questions. Everything looked fine … and they even cleaned the work areas. Better yet? Both men were friendly and polite. And yes both workers wore the shoe coverings at all times entering and in the house.”
