When I arrived I first headed to the Salt Den and spent 60 luxurious minutes in the warm heated lounge beds with the most relaxing music and perfect lighting. After the Salt Den I was greeted by Sarah who brought me to the massage room and helped me choose from a variety of oils and a back mask. The massage room was 90 minutes of pure bliss- We first started with a warm oil scalp treatment which was so relaxing, I never wanted it to stop! Sarah gave me a fantastic full body massage and really took her time working out the kinks in my upper shoulders with her hands as well as the hot stones. I never felt like the process was rushed. I never felt uncomfortable (which I was worried about cuz I have never done something like this) The entire experience was so relaxing and I can not wait to go back!

"I recently had an extraordinary experience with Rachel, a massage therapist who truly went above and beyond. My 17-year-old, 6’2” 225lb varsity lineman football player, has been suffering from intense back/hamstring pain, hindering his sleep and overall well-being. Recognizing the pain he was in, with much empathy she opened her office especially for us on her day off!
She dedicated over two hours of meticulous, compassionate care to alleviate my son's discomfort. Her expertise in understanding and addressing sports-related pain was evident throughout the session. Her empathetic approach not only soothed his physical pain but also provided immense emotional relief just by listening (something his trainers and coaches couldn’t seem to).
Thanks to her exceptional skill and kindness, my son experienced his first full night's sleep in weeks. Her commitment to her profession and her clients' well-being is truly commendable. I cannot thank her enough for her extraordinary service and highly recommend her to anyone in need of a skilled, empathetic, and dedicated massage therapist."
