I just tried a red light therapy bed for the first time and It was a total game changer. The experience was so relaxing and comfortable, I almost fell asleep but somehow walked out feeling more awake and clear-headed.
It honestly felt like a full reset. My body felt less tense, my mind was calm and I even noticed a little glow in my skin after. I love that it’s not just relaxing, it actually helps with things like inflammation, recovery, circulation and overall energy.
On top of that, the facility itself is amazing. The massage therapists are awesome and the customer service is top tier. Everything about Body Mechanics is just a great experience from start to finish.

I just went to Body Mechanix for the first time and had a wonderful massage with Sunny. I deal with chronic migraines, TMJ disorder as well as neck and shoulder issues. Sunny hit so many trigger points and instinctively seemed to know where I needed to most work.
