Rymes Propane & Oil

Moved to a house that had Rymes in place. I called them up when we first moved in about getting the account setup in our name and getting propane. Never heard back from them after emailing, calling and leaving voicemails. This was back in 2020/21. So I decided that I didn't want to stay with this company so we switched providers. Rymes were the absolute worst to deal with in terms of switching providers. They would not let the new company buy the existing propane tank (that was underground) which is common practice according to our new provider. Horrible service. I can't reach anyone by phone(on hold for 35 minutes) or e-mail. I have had to reset my password way too many times to feel comfortable because my phone or computer were not "recognized. Ever since Superior took over i cannot order, pay or schedule online. Rediculous that it should take this many months for them to get their act together. And the Somersworth office is never open when I go by. I will certainly be changing service as soon as I can and your pricing is sky high compared to others. I used to get a 20PERCENT discount for early pay, now I only get $20. Sorry the incentive is no longer there.

I’ve tried calling Rhymes for 3 days now. Every hour i try to call, I’m put on hold for 20 minutes at a time. No one ever answers. None of the multiple phone numbers get you connected with anyone. I’ve tried every hour for the last 3 days. I can’t speak for their service but they obviously don’t prioritize phone customers, so I’ll seek another provider.
