We called Dead River with a possible propane leak. They were professional and prompt and addressed the issue quickly with our safety the priority. Austin the technician was personable and polite. He identified the issue quickly and was able to address it on the spot. Technicians like Austin are why we continue to be loyal Dead River customers.
I want to say Jaynel was great very personable. Had answers to every question I had. The guys came to the house hooked up the new tanks and unhooked the old ones. They checked for leaks and kept a clean work area. Everyone has been extremely nice and professional.
I had no heat at midnight and called dead river and they came out in 30 minutes and took care of the problem. Very efficient and kind and professional. Would highly recommend them for all your heating needs Very awesome company.
