Overpriced and no communication. Asked for a quote before the job and never received one. Get a ridiculous large bill with a message saying we will not deliver oil to your residence until the balance is paid in full. Never again with this company. Plenty of companies that treat customers with respect instead of a number

Rymes pricing has skyrocketed the past few years, and in particular the past six months. . I use about 360 gallons of propane per year. In October 2023 i paid $3.58/gallon for a 185 gallon delivery of propane. In May 2024 I paid $5.39/gallon of propane. This is a 51% increase in 6 months. The bill is sent by Superiorplusenergy.com i believe this ia a Boston company that bought Rymes a couple years ago. None of the above deliveries were emergency deliveries. They were when the Rymes truck was in my area during regular business hours.

My family just moved to Dover and recently ran out of heating oil early in the winter season. Rymes is local and just around the corner to my house. We ran out New Years Eve so have been heating our house/living room with a wood burning fire. The less than helpful lady that answered at Rymes didn't seem to want new customers. She told me it would take 5-7 days to get a delivery. I'm out of oil, it's 17 degrees outside :) I explained our chilly situation but she DIDN'T care. "Sir, it will take 5-7 days after your credit check, no exceptions." OK! The big company is just too big for the locals of Dover. Call LOCAL PRIDE oil, super friendly, fast and nice. Piss off Rymes :)
