Ron has made a significant impact on my ability in the weight room. I am a college student athlete and before coming to him the weight room was foreign to me and he made me feel comfortable and helped me through the process before going back to school this fall. The individualized plan was something that made the process even more enjoyable and I cannot say enough great things about both Ron and Your Goal Fitness. I cannot wait to return over breaks!

I don’t believe that I’m still working out and seeing results both in weight loss and toning muscles! I owe it all to Ron’s one-on-one instruction and motivation. He helps me exercise by adapting to my limitations of mobility and makes it easy to do so three times a week which is a stress relief because of all the laughter from the stories he shares!!! I especially enjoy the privacy of the studio and the fact that he makes it as comfortable as it needs to be for me to enjoy our sessions. Whether that means blasting the AC and fans or shifting the equipment around so I don’t have to struggle to hurt my stiff joints on ‘bad days’.

Working out with Ron has made getting in shape an enjoyable experience as well as a successful one. Ron truly listens to your desired goals and designs a program that incorporates those areas and a variety of training practices for each area of the body that alleviates boredom and enhances challenge. I have MS and some of my limitations/special needs were creatively approached to strengthen , promote advancement, and set me up for achievement. This momentum continues to motivate me, and that's pretty darn miraculous!

Ron is awesome! He actively listens and meets you where you're at. He is encouraging, positive and knowledgeable. When lifting weights, he shows and explains the safe way to do it. Also explains why you only go so far. (You'll either hurt yourself or don't get anything out over bigger movement.) He starts at a lighter weight so you can get the idea and muscle memory down. Then, when that's too easy, he moves up at your body's pace. The next day he checks in to get your feedback. I had no idea how strong I was. I'm a 5.4 and 125 lbs. I am so proud that I can lift half my body weight with my arms and 180 lbs. with my lower body. Thanks, Ron

Ron is an excellent personal trainer. He really listens to what you want and how you are feeling, to make sure your workouts are effective and safe. He was able to modify workouts for me to insure I was able to continue working out without hurting myself. He comes highly recommended.
