No one answers the phone, and when I stopped by in person, the door was locked even though staff were inside. It feels like they only cater to existing clients and don’t support their self-service dog wash. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend. This was all hours before they closed so it is not like I showed up right at closing time.

Amanda is a wonderful person, as is this business. They are very accommodating, adapt to your dog’s needs, and keep good communication with the owners. My dog was in need of a bath for his last day before crossing the rainbow bridge and they accommodated him last minute. Thank you wag. I’ll be a returning customer when it’s time to adopt again.

Scooby just loves Meagan! She does such a great job! We started coming to WAG the week before my wedding and Meagan made sure our ring bear looked perfect! The appointments are speedy, and I love the text message appointment reminders and pick up notifications! If you aren’t going to WAG it’s time to make the move!

Recently my two mini doodles became clients and today was their first appointment. On arrival we were all greeted by the staff. Everyone was so kind and pleasant and very welcoming. We spoke about what I wanted to have done for grooming and they listened. I received a text when they were ready and when I walked in, and when they brought out my two dogs, I was in aww. My dogs were given the full so treatment and they took excellent care of them both. I was more than pleased with the experience both pups received. They even took photos of them and spoke with me more. We look forward to returning back for their next appointments. Thank you all so much for being so gentle and caring with Aspen and KoKo!

I am writing this review / comment on behalf of my mother. She did not want to say anything, but after hearing her experience I felt inclined to say something to make the public aware of how unprofessional the owner is. My mom went in to wash our dog, just a simple wash and it was my mom’s first time there. While my mom was washing our dog, the owner of the spa made several rude & condescending comments. She scolded my mom on being “too loud” as this is a “dog spa”, which I understand, but my mom was just being playful while washing our dog. The owner said “can I get you a glass of wine? You could use it” to my mother. Very uncalled for and rude to say. My mom was simply having a fun time and being expressive while washing our dog, who is a puppy, mind you. My mother is soft spoken and I can assure you she was not being loud or disruptive, she was just being playful with our puppy. I thought that comment alone was extremely inappropriate. Another comment was made while the owner was putting lavender shampoo on my dog’s head.. specifically to “calm him”… she said to my mother, “you should put some of this on your lips” insinuating she needs to stop talking, I assume? Again, VERY inappropriate and unnecessary. Borderline bullying if you ask me. I want to make it clear that this was the OWNER. Not a groomer, or any other employee. I am appalled that the owner would speak to an another human being that way, let alone a new customer. The words you say and the way you speak to people leave a lasting impression. Take this a lesson to check your tone and think before you speak. Safe to say we will never return!

Pricy but a really cute place and they really care about the animals. Felt very upscale( I'm not an upscale person) The receptionist wasn't very welcoming, but the groomer (Meagan) was great.

First trip with two springers who needed grooming to get the springer look back. Staff spent time asking me what I liked and how I wanted the feathers and ears and skirt done in detail. They did a great job and the dogs seemed to like them which is always important. Staff was friendly and accomadating.

Took my two disheveled springers here. The person taking us in went over what I would like for their cut since the last few grooms although good had gotten away from a standard springer look. It took a little longer than they thought but the wait was worth it. The dogs came out looking fantastic!

I chose Wag because they’re a small business, have great reviews and use non-scented product.
Sad to say, it didn’t work out- they ghosted me. They don’t book out for grooming and had no available appointments, but I was able to get a nail trim the same week I called in April. Once there, they booked my dog 4-5 weeks out for a full groom, I was happy to be booked and the staff was polite.
At home, I realized, the nail trim was not complete. I have realistic expectations and understand new to grooming pups, stress, how dog nails grow, being new or nervous to grooming for both pet and groomer, etc., so I called back. They got my dogs in, assured me I did the right thing and their nails needed to be redone. I left feeling positive and felt the interaction was great.
The day of my appointment I called to ask a few questions (I’m new to grooming), they answered professionally and kindly- again, left feeling great about the business and interaction. Shortly after, they called to cancel, the groomer was sick. They offered a new day but I was unavailable. They offered to have the groomer text me that day. I declined, said let her rest, have her contact me when she’s feeling better as not to bother her while ill- again, very positive interactions. That was almost three weeks ago. I never heard back.
I don’t know if it was because of the nail trim issue. I’m not sure why, it was a positive interaction but that’s my assumption and for that reason, I won’t call back. I’m genuinely disappointed. I wasted many weeks waiting for my dog to be groomed. I now have an appointment elsewhere next week. I wanted to support a local small business and to have less stress placed on my dogs in a smaller, calmer environment (they’re small and not aggressive, but nervous and new to grooming).
