I’ve had such great experiences at Ulta thanks to Nick, one of the managers. He has helped me numerous times, and every single interaction has been exceptional. His customer service is truly outstanding - he always goes above and beyond to make sure I find exactly what I need and feel taken care of as a customer. Nick is knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely kind, which makes shopping there such a positive experience every time. Ulta is incredibly lucky to have someone like him on their team!
It’s restarted you need your ID to use your points. If you don’t have your ID you’re only allowed to use a certain amount of points. A manger can easily over ride that. Anyone else having this issue just return your stuff unused and go BACK with your ID and rebuy it.
Coming from a person who is not a frequent Ulta shopper since I'm very minimalistic and don't wear makeup. I found myself wanting to finally start a face routine as I'm approaching my 30's (ew). That's when I met Nick, arguably the smartest person I could have met in regards to skincare. He knew things I would have never known and he was so personable it truly made my overwhelming start end up extremely easy. I truly thank Nick for making it easy to drown out the noise of having to much products to choose from and really narrowing it down to the basics. If you need help and don't know what you are doing, look for Nick!
