I went in for therapy after suffering neck pain for months. Mike set up a treatment plan for me and I instantly felt better after a week. Every staff in there are very nice, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Came in with a neck issue and was praying PT would work and it did ! Michael was my PT and he is awesome . I will miss the routine but was given great guidance and easy things to do at home to stay well. Very grateful for his expertise . Highly recommend . All staff including front office are super nice . Thank you team !!

I can't say enough about how amazing this place is! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and cared for. Mike, Bill, and the third awesome guy (I didn't catch his name, but he’s great too!) are all incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. They truly take the time to listen and provide great feedback that has made a huge difference in my recovery.
I also have to shout out the wonderful ladies at the front desk! They are always so helpful and flexible with scheduling, making it so much easier to fit appointments into my busy schedule. The atmosphere is warm, and I always leave feeling better both physically and mentally. Highly recommend!

Zach is an excellent PT. I came to him for chronic shin pain and am leaving with reduced pain and the ability to do more. He performs dry needling which has been the only treatment effective. Salem Sports and Rehab has a friendly faculty and everyone here is so welcoming. The place is beautiful and updated. I would recommend anyone to come here, if you aren’t with Zach the other PTs are just as nice and great.

The best therapy place i've ever been to, convenient location on rt 28, bright and clean. I have Zack, he's terrific at explaining why we're doing everything and how it retrains my brain to use my new shoulder . Every visit I see improvement!

They discriminate against patients/clients with Medicaid and practice illegal billing. My daughter has a commercial insurance as a primary insurance and Medicaid as a secondary insurance. This information was provided to the company before services were rendered. The company then demanded that we pay the $30 copay from our primary insurance and refused to accept her Medicaid coverage, which is called Balanced Billing and is illegal. When this was brought to their attention they became combative and threatened to discharge my daughter if we refused to pay the $30 copay because they would not "Eat the thirty dollars". I have verified that her Medicaid does cover PT, so there is no indication at this time that Medicaid would not pay. They accepted my daughter as a patient/client knowing that she had Medicaid. To refuse service in the middle of treatment shows a lack of concern for their patients/clients. Very disappointed in their unprofessionalism.
