I truly enjoy every aspect of Kratos Studios. The facility is clean and the environment is very welcoming, you will always get a great workout in. I have been able to learn so much about exercise and work on my specific body goals. Geoffrey is professional and knowledgeable about fitness, he has been able to explain the why behind workouts and exercise moves. I also enjoy the classes and the community built at Kratos.I’ve moved about 30 minutes away from the studio at the end of 2022 and I still attend because of everything Kratos has to offer. It’s a great choice to help with your fitness goals!

I have been teaching yoga at Kratos for almost a year now and also train there. Right from the beginning the community was so welcoming & accepting. Geoffrey is an amazing trainer & person, he understands your own unique needs & cares about you as a person. I’ve seen so many changes in my body & mindset since coming. I have also formed great friendships with the other people who come to yoga and train here. I am thankful every day for this place.
