The store clerk, Sarah, greeted us the moment we walked into the store this past Tuesday. Immediately ask d us what we were looking for and told us where to find everything we needed. She even knew the prices off the top of her head. She saved us a lot of time because she was so friendly and helpful. I thanked her for the great service and asked her for her name. After working in customer service for many years, you learn that most people only leave comments or call when things go wrong. I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you for the good customer service & it did not go unnoticed. Good job Sarah!

I bought hair products in this mall store and Sarah helped me find what I needed. She is one of the friendliest sales clerk I have had help me this entire Christmas season. She is very knowledgeable of the store and products. Thank you for your help Sarah, you are an asset to that business.
