They went above and beyond to get to my property to stay on target for the installation date...including the owner coming out to plow extra after our huge snowstorm so that his guys could get to my driveway. Installers Mike and Dave were fantastic! We adjusted how I wanted the free floating entryway carpet while there for the final template and it is great. I'll post pics at a later date but trust me, it looks amazing...and most importantly, my 12 year old Yorkie doesn't cry and bark to be carried up the steps anymore!!! A huge win!!!”
