Zach and Gage did a great job persevering on a difficult floor tile removal job and working with us and the Portsmouth team to set the stage for our tile installation effort. Zach was excellent at proactively communicating with us as a few challenges presented themselves and was a joy to work with.
Very smooth process from start to finish! From working with Wayne on initial consult to the gals in the office, Michelle, Toni, and Rachael to delivery of materials with the team of David H and Mat to the installers Jacob and Calvin. These folks were helpful, professional, courteous, tidy, and efficient. Very pleased with PQF and the team that helped us elevate the dated floors in our bedrooms. Highly recommend them!
Portsmouth Quality Flooring was wonderful beginning with returning our initial inquiry (no one else did), quickly coming out to give us a quote, finding the exact wood to match our existing floor, delivering the wood - to a top-notch installation by Nick Caron and Jonathan Bouffard. Everyone we spoke to was courteous, friendly, professional and responsive. Our project was a small one but they treated us as if it was a big project. We will definitely use them again.
