He have us and estimate, with an option to upgrade. He blocked off rooms to minimize dust spread during sanding. He aired out the house during the finishing. He followed up the job with a visit and gave use some wood flooring tips. The floors look brand new. He comes with my wife and my recommendation.“

I found RGS on the internet and in no time Ray helped me pick out a quartz piece. Decided to off center the square sink which he had too. “Route One Carpet installed carpet and shades when our house was built three years ago, to our complete satisfaction. Recently a cord broke on the large shade on the street-facing window in our living room. We were concerned about not having a shade on this crucial window while the shade was out for repair. Route One Carpet managed to remove the shade, take it out for repair, and then return and reinstall the shade in little over one hour. Spectacular service! And all at no charge. Almost unbelievable in this day and age. They are skilled, friendly, courteous, and very professional.“
