It ws extremely easy to set up an appointment. Tony the exterminator. who came to inspect the situation was very helpful indentifying potential problem areas and took action after communicating the companies offering. We chose a one time visit for now but will not hesitate to contact the company again, if the one time visit didn't eliminate the problem totally.“
