“Shoreline Const did a second job for us this past year. The did a new kitchen, a new bath and installed AC. They also totally renovated 5 other rooms. They were great. All went quickly and smoothly again. This time we had Mike in charge of the whole job. Dealing with Mike was easy and constantly made us feel confident that all was going well. Gary was always readily available if we wanted to run something by him Also the contractors they had work on our project were great especially Fred and Kelly the painters. “Renovating the first floor of my home was a major decision and working with Oxland Builders made the experience so much easier than I had anticipated. After first meeting with Brad to discuss what I had in mind, I then had a meeting at my home with Kate and Christina, and we got to experience a minor earthquake together! They are two of the nicest and most talented people I have ever had the occasion to meet and work with. Kate has great knowledge of who to call and how to get things done. And Christina's knowledge of what will look great, what won't work so well, was amazing. There were many meetings with both of these incredible women! “First let me say that the other (anonymous) review is total BS.I hired Ozzie to construct a second unit (ADU) for my mom to live in. After close to a year of daily interaction I can say you would hard pressed to find a more honest contractor. Ozzie and his brother handle all aspects of many types of projects and communicate well. I learned a lot from my time spent discussing various decisions and issues that always come up in construction projects.We also had them build an additional room onto the main house after the ADU was completed.Everything Ozzie does is always up to code and beyond. No corners cut.He will give you estimates in writing which were all pretty close to the final costs.
