Seawood Enterprises
“Our family had the absolute pleasure of working with Seawood Enterprises on a major addition to our home in York to accommodate our growing family — specifically, creating more space for our three kids. From the very beginning, the team at Seawood didn’t just treat us like clients — they treated us like family.
They took the time to understand our vision and needs, especially when it came to designing a space that would grow with our children. Throughout the entire process, from planning to execution, their attention to detail was second to none. Every step felt intentional and thoughtful — they truly cared about getting it right, not just getting it done.
What stood out the most was the sense of trust we developed. Whether it was making decisions on materials, adjusting timelines, or just checking in, the Seawood team was transparent, patient, and responsive. They worked seamlessly with us, and with each other, and it was clear they take great pride in their craftsmanship and relationships.
Now that the addition is complete, we not only have a beautiful, functional space that our kids love — we also have lasting relationships with the people who helped build it. We can't thank Seawood Enterprises enough for making what could have been a stressful project into a truly positive and memorable experience.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a company that builds with skill, heart, and integrity!”
