Walmart Vision & Glasses provides first-rate eye care service. The vision employees and technicians are great and go above and beyond, offering the best customer service and help. They are extremely careful, resourceful, and friendly, taking the time for patients. Staff are good at diagnosing vision problems that other doctors missed. They go the extra mile, even helping with insurance and sending orders to other locations. The doctors are great and patients report improved vision and comfortable contact lens wear. Nicely remodeled Vision Center. The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. Nice selection of frames. The Dr's are also very friendly and knowledgeable. I've bought multiple pairs of glasses here and will continue to do so. I have and will continue to recommend this place to everyone i know! Heather helped me out and she is wonderful!
The vision employees/ technicians are great! I walked in there on a random Wednesday afternoon looking to buy some contacts. My usual go to is MYEYEDR but they are awful in Portsmouth. Specifically April went above and beyond to give me the best customer service and help one could offer. She really is a gem! I felt bad that she had to jump through hoops with the insurance companies to see how much I have to use towards my contacts lens. She even threw in a trial pair for me since my contacts were going on 2 months in length. This is the type of service one should strive for when helping customers and patients bravo! 👏👏 Thank you April and staff.
