The vision employees/ technicians are great! I walked in there on a random Wednesday afternoon looking to buy some contacts. My usual go to is MYEYEDR but they are awful in Portsmouth. Specifically April went above and beyond to give me the best customer service and help one could offer. She really is a gem! I felt bad that she had to jump through hoops with the insurance companies to see how much I have to use towards my contacts lens. She even threw in a trial pair for me since my contacts were going on 2 months in length. This is the type of service one should strive for when helping customers and patients bravo! 👏👏 Thank you April and staff.

We had a great experience with Dolly Scott, Optician. She went out of her way to help us reorder our son’s prescription glasses and get them sent away to Florida where he is in college. She was extremely resourceful and friendly even with us stopping in near closing time. Both my husband and I had great experiences with her.

They are really good at taking the time for me and my daughter and diagnose a vision problem that other doctors missed. I always get my vision checked with them, been going there for years. ?️?
